Council Member Jimmy Vacca, Chair of the Transportation Committee, and Council Member Annabel Palma, a long time union advocate, have just joined our fight to end the abuse of carriage horses in NYC. Both of these horse heroes join us in this fight as co-sponsors of Intro 86, which replaces the industry with fully electric antique-replica classic cars.
